Paper Submission

Prospective authors are invited to submit their papers electronically to rtippr10.submission@gmail.com. The manuscript of the paper shall be prepared using IEEE format in double coloumn not exeeding six pages and PDF/Word files may be sent. Papers will be subjected to blind review process for acceptance. The paper should contain original and good quality work. The claims and results shall be substantive enough. The submission of a paper means it is not already published in any other conference proceedings or journals.
